WW/RW Showdown - N-914 vs Feynlab Pure Rinseless

I did another rinseless wash Thursday. I made sure my bucket was clean to remove that variable. Same results. Dingy water with only clean towels in contact. So I did a test. I left the bucket tilted for a day to see if anything settled out. Checked the bucket this morning and it`s still just dingy colored water. Nothing in the bottom of the bucket. So I`m thinking it`s dye transfer.

Or detergent transfer, right?

I ended up leaving my MF WW towel in the solution for 4 day’s or so and no due transfer, but that could just mean those are not transferring their color.

Transfer of some sort. The wash water had a tint to it. I`m hard pressed to tell what color it really was. Either way, those towels are now super clean.

Just came across this thread - I have been a certified Feynlab installer for going on 3 years now, feel free to ask questions about the product - I LOVE IT!

I ONLY use Pure Rinseless for cleaning my towels, it`s phenomenal and cheap to use!

So is your only use for Pure Rinseless is a towel wash, or do you also use it as a rinseless/waterless wash? If using it as a rinseless, what dilution do you mix it at?

For semi-dirty vehicles I hit it with 1:250, for vehicle that just need dust removed I use 1:384
I agree with that. I mixed 3/4oz to 1 gallon for a mostly clean wash the other day. I did pre-treat with the same dilution spray before. I can see how 1:250 would work well for a really dirty car. It feels thick and like it would encapsulate well.

I used Pure Rinseless today as a pretreat to deep clean my parent’s car which hasn’t had a good hand wash in 2020 <gasp!>. I actually used it at 1:128 since there was no remaining LSP on the car and I was also prepping for adding some HydroBlue. Worked like a charm at cleaning and leaving a bare surface. None of this is probably news to any readers though.

On a second note, I did use the remaining solution from my earlier color transfer test a few weeks ago... this time to clean 5 dirty waterless wash towels, letting sit for a few hours. It cleaned them very well, no doubt.

Used it as a waterless wash today on my S3, 1:300 (about 3ish mL of PRW to 1L water). The car had light dust form sitting in the garage for the week and wanted to apply a coat of Polishangel High Gloss Paste Wax. Sprayed the Riseless Wash solution on the car and could see it work on the light dust, wiped it with a plush towel, and used a second microfiber to dry it up. The surface was left without anything and back to initial slickness. Will keep this in the closet as I think it will be useful once the winter comes and can use it as a pre-spray for salt before I do a bucket wash.

What’s your base LSP? Coating I assume?

Pretty neat stuff u can use it as a towel wash I’ve been using the pure rinseless for a little under a year it is great stuff. The cleaning power is hard to explain when comparing it to other rinseless washes because it is different. I also use it on interior, after polish as an oil remover, window cleaner.

before I coat a car I have this in sprayer and lay it on heavy and let it dwell then wipe up as it’s drying I’ll use ipa to me I believe I’m getting a cleaner surface than just ipa

I love that it doesn’t bead up on coated cars and has ability to wet the whole panel.

Does anyone have any experience with Feynlab`s regular car soap, Pure Wash? I`ve got a few soaps left to finish up, but I`m finding myself reaching still for Pure Rinseless even though it`s warm enough to do bucket washes.

It’s good. Nice lubricity and cleans well. Rinses clean as well. Not the most sudsy soap but it is nice.
