Ugliest Cars Made?

Aztek and the new Malibus and Monte Carlos and Cobalts, with the new Yaris climbing the ranks quickly.



I love the 300C, but then again I own a Charger so it's a cousin.

I used to think the scion xb was one of the ugliest cars, but it's been pushed down on the list by a lot of the other cars mentioned. It seems like car manuf's are trying too hard to appeal to the yuppie 20-40 generation by making these "different" cars that are butt-ugly. I guess we're in a rut of car design, give it 5-10 years and they'll be making good-looking cars again.
 
The PT Cruiser and 300C get my vote as well. I get an image of Roger Rabbit/D1ck Tracy/violin cases, and so on. They're just trying too hard IMO.



I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm also not a big fan of the MINI looks-wise (the all-caps version). I quite liked them when they first came out (maybe novelty factor), but the bloom fell off the rose real quick, unfortunately.



Yeah, Scion xB's pretty tough to take, too.
 
see you guys are just thinking of cars you don't like, its not that they are ugly persay, you just don't perticularly like that style..



the aztec, isuzu, toyota yaris, are just flat out ugly, yeah I'm not a big fan of the PT, or the plastic avalanches, but they are not flat out ugly, they have some good qualities..



The isuzu is just flat out beyond a doubt ugly, I've never met a single person who thinks it's anywhere near nice looking.
 
Aztek is a nightmare.

I also can't get over how awkward the Z4 looks. I keep looking at it like one of those dot posters hoping to see something, but I just don't see it.
 
I want to defend :( the 300C in the sea of other cars which are all clones of each other (Australia the birthplace of the current GTO).



My vote goes to the various current BMWs (7-series, Z4, 1 Series and 4wd whatever that is called) and the Porsche 4wd.

Yeah, it's a pretty nasty impersonation of a Benz.
 
Aztec is absolutely nasty. Except for the new 6 series, I despise the bangled BMWs. The Toyota Echo is pretty nasty too.

Thanks to him, a plethora of ugly cars have been built and not just by BMW.

You've encountered one of the things I complain about. People just love to post pics up again when quoting or making a reference to a previous post. Make the hurting stop! :grrr
 
I know a lot of folks don't like the xB. I happen to think it's quite... cute, in a bulldog kind of way. I have one and really enjoy it. I especially like all of the room inside. It's the first car I've had that is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside!
