Cleaning Fool said:I believe Scottwax has stated in other threads that he really likes Zaino.I believe the reasons for him not using it isn't because of the end result but the process involved to get there. Detailing cars is hard work, so when you are doing 5-10 or more cars per week, do you really want to wait for Zaino to cure at the end of every job? You could be there for an hour, depending on the weather. I like Zaino, I use Zaino exclusively, but for the guy who does it to make money and does high volume, he wants to get in, get the job done and get out. So from that view, if I were detailing cars to make money and doing alot of volume, Im not sure If I would use Zaino either.

If you were Sal Zaino I could see you possibly having a care, but as was said in another thread, Sal is able to sell all the product he can make whether Scottwax likes it or not.
[quote name='mgm121499']I agree 100%. Great point.
Cleaning Fool said:"Let Z5 or Z2 polish dry atleast one hour. Zaino works best at 60 degrees or higher. However, it can be applied down to temperatures of 45 degrees, It will just take much, much longer to dry, as much as two to three hours drying time is required if the temperature is 50 degrees or below or if the humidity is high." Thats quotes from Zaino flyer that comes with the polish and I find it to be pretty true in my tests, especially if you do the smudge test with your finger.
blkZ28Conv said:Scott, I really believe you will love the ZAIO and CS. I tested some ZAIO this weekend and it is truly a great ALL-IN-ONE. Great cleaning ability, wipe-on and wipe-off with extreme ease, zero staining of moldings, great appearance and very economical in terms of amount used to perform a task.
ZAIO will likely come in a 16oz bottle for those professional volume usages also.

Scottwax said:Based on the reviews, I expect I will. I like the ready to use out of the bottle aspect.
I am I right in assuming that CS will work just fine over Werkstatt's Prime?
Scottwax said:That is exactly what I mean about misrepresting what I say. I have made it clear in several threads I got my samples from ZaneO and I don't believe I lead anyone to think I have been a particularly regular user in the past. I think you will see I have mentioned the two main vehicles I have used it on and my impressions. I seem to recall saying it looked great on the M Roadster and lasted 8+ months on my brother's van.
Are you somehow concerned that my not preferring Zaino over any other brand will somehow effect Zaino's bottom line? And if so, why? I don't get it. You have stated you prefer Zaino over Werkstatt. Fine by me. What each person looks for in their favorite products isn't always the same. But I have never gone into a thread where you have said you only got 4 months out of Acrylic Jett and made any comment about that, or taken it out of context and insinuated you were bashing the product. You get 4 months, you get 4 months, I don't question your results or your preferrence of Zaino over Werkstatt. You like Zaino better and I respect that.

I won't try to explain my position again, but I do apologize for offending you. That wasn't the intention, and I hope that you will accept my apology.

It seem like Zane had told me at one point that Z2 was something above 600 degrees ?
I was wondering if CS will be the same.
