We got part of the floor coated, looks pretty good so far. We're still cleaning the rest of the floor though, so hopefully this weekend it will get done. The work involved with coating the floor is about 90% cleaning the floor off.
I totally agree! I did mine this summer and it took me four separate days to prep and about 90 minutes to paint and speckle. My garage ended up looking almost exactly like yours. I did it in July and it has held up nice and I get tons of compliments. B/c it's so easy to keep clean I even have people that ask if "cars live in here". Looks good!! Nice job!

And yeah, it was deffinately all prep work, coating the floor only took a fraction of the time it took to clean it!

Been a while since I have had any updates, just nothing exciting going on. We got on of the two side garage doors installed a few weeks back, waiting on some hardware to come in so that we can put the other side in. We've also gotten a lot more shelving put in, re-organized things a bunch, and generally just been trying to move stuff in.

I remember, when the thread first started, thinking .....How will they fill all that space up? With all the items that are in the space now, I wonder how much space does a person need. When first posted it look so cavernous. With all the items on the wall and in the work area it appears to be just what it is ....a great space!! I am so jealous:wavey :LOLOL
