402,000 Mile Acura Legend

I really enjoy this thread. I have a DD (Mitsubishi Mirage) with over 170K currently and had a Subaru GT Wagon (250k) before it was rear ended in a snow storm. I keep them long but not like you...congratulations.
 
I have another question. When polishing, how did you get the area around the LEGEND letters? I might be getting an Acura TL Type-S and it has A C U R A below the rear (A) badge
 
This may have been asked already -- but what causes you to drive so much? I mean, you're on the road all the time it sounds like. Is it work related?
 
Great story of good mechanical and exterior maintanence. I used to turn wrenches and on Honda's and Acuras and these cars can last if meticulously maintained especially when it comes to the coolant system and automatic transmision fluid R&R . Much respect and look forward to seeing 500k.
