Wolf Gang Review

35mm print film and a good (Nikon in my case) camera still blows away digital. One of the reasons my pictures turn out so good is because I use print film (Kodak's High Definition Film).

How is that Hi Def film? I've seen it in stores and need to support the local ecomony (Kodak HQ is here). I'm going to start using the wife's EOS Rebel to take shots, but have the camera experience of Stevie Wonder.

has everyone received their kit? I still havent got mine (im in Washington)

PLEASE GET PICS!!!

Do you think it would be good to top the sealant with P21S?

I'm sorry, but that brush guard is unacceptable--throw some VM on there:D

That is awesome. Maybe it is the lighting, but I can't detect a single imperfection in that black. My hat is in my hand, ZaneO.

BTW: The mf they include isn't too shabby either...:up

Will the VM work well on the grille guard? I have been looking for something to fix it up.

The hood did get Menzerna IP/FP by PC yesterday.

I didn't like the MF when I opened the box, but after using it, my only complaint is that it isn't big enough for an SUV. It worked surprisingly well.

Thanks for the kudos.

I used it on my brother's truck and it cleaned up very nicely. The first time you use it, go for two separate applications as that rubber/vinyl coating on the guard has picked up plenty of dirt over the years (months?). I didn't try #40, but as I'm typing, I think that might also come out well.

As far as the mf, I go through a ton of them anyway so the smaller size didn't bother me. Pakshak's micro still gets the nod from me, but for free, I thought they were pretty plush.

It is the best 400 ASA 35mm print film I have ever used. Very low grain for a moderately fast film and amazing color saturation. Noticably better than their old Royal Gold film.

For a change I washed a SUV, used liquid glass as the first polish(I have a bottle left). It looked good, but not as nice as my gold SUV so I topped it with the Wolfgang Sealant. Much wetter looking and a lot glossier. Who cares if it doesn't last it is a buddies SUV...

I am about to try my kit and i have a quick question: What applicator should I use for the pre-wax cleaner and sealant? The sheet in my kit said foam for the cleaner so I am assuming that means mf app for the sealant but it did not say, yet ppl here seem to be using the mf app for the cleaner and foam for the sealant, which should I use for what? Thanks

:LOLOL

Scott P,

I'm in the same boat. Wished I had a nickel for everytime I took a picture of one of my fingers.

Bout time for me to join the digital world.

did a black tundra and it came out great. Left two cars in the rain and the wolf gang feels slicker than the zaino.. Both bead nice, but wolf seems to be slicker longer than zaino so far... I may be ready to bail 100 percent on zaino after this and go to the wolf...

I don't know, I don't think I could ever purchase a product named Wolfgang. I am sorry, the name just makes me laugh out loud.

"Hey man, nice shine- what did you use Meguiars?", "No, I used Wolfgang.":D

Anyone try topping Wolfgang with Pinnacle Souveran?

Considering they were developed by the same person, seems like PS would be a great topper...

Interesting, how did you come to figure this out or read about this?
