I have to say, I am not easily impressed by the way most companies treat their customers but today i was IMPRESSED. A couple months ago i heard about The Rag Company and thought id give it a shot by trying their Eagle Edgeless MF Towels. They are out of this world, wouldn't touch my car with anything else. Well, after a month or two of kicking myself back and forth I placed a big order with Polish Angel, including Charisma and Bellaclean both which are fantastic products. My next problem was I was using cheapo Chinese microfiber towels from chemical guys. They're OK for interiors and are absolutely fine to use on wheels but I wanted something a little better as I am progressively getting more into the interior detail scene. I finally coughed up about $2 per towel and bought the 360GSM edgless from the rag company. I have to say I am impressed with the quality of their towels, they are amazing. Moreover, I am thoroughly IMPRESSED with their customer service. I ordered on Friday and they were delivered to my door Monday AM and on top of that I entered in the wrong shipping address and noticed last minute. They corrected it on the spot within minutes saving my order. Further, I had heard rumors that they will do wacky stuff if you request in the special instructions box. On this order, I requested them to draw me a picture of a mad scientist detailer buffing an Audit S5 with a shout out to The Rag Company. Sure enough, I get an email from the Sales Director thanking me for my order and hopes I like the picture. I can't wait to place my next order!
