The Rag Company - IMPRESSED

oh man may have to grab 20 of those to stock up. I love them so much I am afraid to use them on real dirty stuff because I only have 10 for waterless wash and spray wax and final drying.

They really do have great customer service. I placed an order around the holidays to be shipped to Vegas...after several days of not getting my order I tracked the package and found that it was somehow sent to Hawaii. I contacted the company which immediately sent me another order...a few days later my order arrives followed by my original order a day or so later. I called and notified them that my misrouted order had arrived and that I'd be willing to pay for that order...their response..."Merry Christmas it's on us." Wow!!!!

Wow truly amazing, however I'm not surprised! They are probably the best online purchase experience I have ever had.

I ordered one of each of there microfiber to see which one I wanted to use as my go to towel. ...

Let us know what you decide on! I haven't got any of the banded towels yet, just EE and DMaR.

on a side note: It's nice of PBMG to allow this thread and others like it. Thanks!

I've heard the Eagle Edgeless are the same as the CarPro BOA's--can anyone confirm this?

Are you referring to the Orange CarPro towel that is heat stamped with the Carpro logo? I have one of them I can compare with. IIRC, they feel similar but the weight feels a little different in your hand.

Eagle Edgeless nap is longer than a Boa from what I can tell. Also the blue is quite a different color then MM.

Interesting, the BOA is fairly plush.

Mine weren't heat-stamped; I ordered mine last year--maybe that was something they used to do?

Well they were doing it a month or so ago. Not sure if they quit or not. Just received a BOA not too long ago from Corey and the CarPro logo was ironed into the fabric. I'll get it and a eagle out to compare when I get home.

This is what I was referring to btw:

The Edgeless 24x40 super plush drying towel I, just used this and it was fantastic. I have the micro madness towel also, this is not as plush but its soft and it really sucks up the water better. I will be ordering a couple more for sure.

You don't find the 40" length to be a bit too long?

I picked up a 40inch drying towel also for the roof of my Jeep. I can't really reach the middle without a step ladder or a long towel. I just throw the towel on top like I'm making a bed and drag across the top to soak up the beaded water droplets (works well enough).

Once I can detail at my own home (just got the keys to my first home) I'll definitely start using a step ladder.

Are we speaking of the Avalanche ?. I have 5 of those as of now along with 5 Dry me a river. They all serve a purpose and work well.
