Poorboy's Wheel Sealant!

Bigs

Weekend Detailer!
In spring, I bought a set of alloys for my ride. I also has bought a tub of Poorboy's Wheel Sealant to protect them. 3 coats later, drying time of 20 minutes each... This was done early April...

The proof! :)

I haven't seen many reviews on this products but all I have to say is WOW!

Up until now, NOTHING sticks to my wheels! Easy to wash and debris just comes off!

I recommend this product to anyone! :bigups :bigups :bigups

You're preaching to the choir, Bigs. :) I used this on my wheels months ago (just one application), and I haven't seen any more brake dust on them.

I ran out of the sealant that I was using for this and decided to get some of this....looking forward to seeing what this looks like

It is a terrific product and I am glad that you brought this fact back up. I use the wheel sealant on my chrome rims and am most happy with the protection that the wheel sealant affords.

will wheel cleaner take the wheel sealant off? as example eagle one all wheel cleaner

It will weaken it initially and used often enough it might. After using Wheel Sealant, there won't be a need to use anything that strong for quite a few months, just soap and water should do. :)

When I spray cleaner, I just spray the tire... Some MAY end up on the wheel but haven't seen any effects of it so far. I gave 3 coats of sealant in april and it seems as the sealant is still working hard!

But I rarely do use cleaner as the wheels clean off with just car wash soap and the tires are fairly clean and I top them with PB B&B!

They were new so I think that helped! She did see these pics and hasn't reacted... Oh well!

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if the PB WS is good for chrome wheels? Or is there something better to seal chrome wheels?

I've used it on them also

I have been using Poorboy's Wheel Sealant on my newly purchased chrome wheels since June. I feel that it has done a very good.

On the Mustang wheels I simply use some S&W and a MF towel. It is really easy if you do it like once a week. I try to do it every time we take the Mustang out and at the end of the day once the wheels have cooled down, It makes the job pretty easy.

Once a week? for me this is about every two days...its what you get for owning a black car with chrome wheels on it
