It won't completely eliminate all of the brake dust, but it will greatly reduce it. You should be able to remove any brake dust that happens to stick on with one quick swipe of a wet terry cloth(or whatever you use to clean your wheels).

A little update! I am doing my wheels again tonight! I will take new pics! I uncovered them in the basement and after a whole 3 seasons (spring/summer/fall) they are still very smooth and nothing has stuck to them!
Yes, the coffe table will be used once more and the wife will be sitting right beside me!
