I think my Opt products were not shipped either, in looking at the charge on my card. I wonder if that stuff was sold out or returned to the dist for credit. Who knows? Sorry to hear about your order. What a bummer.

Well got my package today, that I ordered on the 24th. Everything but one item I bought shipped. Now the real bummer... the three most expensive items in the box were not there. The bottom of the box had clearly been broken and taped up by ups. The box looks like hell.. The 303, Gummi Flege, and Opti-Clean were all missingand two of the three are sold out. Isnt that great!

I can lend some info that may help refute or aid in your hypothesis.
I ordered a couple optimum products. 1 gallon OCW and 1 syringe OptiCoat. I received the OCW and not the Opticoat so I am assuming they ran out of stock on the products you didn't receive just as they did the Opticoat.
Todd has stepped in on his own time to try and help solve some of the issues since the employees are to busy trying to handle the **** storm of orders that came in when the sale was announced...keeping in mind those orders are being handled on a partially damaged system. (Whether or not you choose to believe that or not is up to you).
I've sat back and bit my tongue about all this but when I see everyone on L2D joking about this thread, linking it in the chat box for more people to come over and trash talk, then it really upsets me. Jack has lost his business and people who I consider my friends have lost their jobs. While I definitely understand people being upset by messed up orders and money being taken without authorization (Paypal just did it to me). I feel a lot of the comments made have been uncalled for and a few of them have even made me view members who I've enjoyed posting with over the years differently.
I'm confident PAC will make things right in time but as of right now I'm sure there only focus is tending to the massive amount of orders that are coming. As soon as they get caught up I'm sure they will start going through emails and sorting out any problems that may have happened.

With all due respect Chad, and there is a lot due to you, I think you might be taking some comments from the chat the wrong way. I don't think ANYONE is saying anything bad about the people that work for PAC. I have said on multiple occasions that I don't think they are bad people, and that I feel really bad that they are going through a tough time. However I will stand behind my complaints about a total lack of communication. Again I'm sure they are working long days to get things taken care of, but really it would take 10 minutes to go on this forum and make a few statements. I'm not asking to be contacted individually, just for SOMEONE that still works for PAC to say SOMETHING. I really don't think that is too much to ask.
I don't mean this as an attack on you, because I do have tons and tons of respect for you not only as a detailer but as a person. I hope thats comes across.
I knew the risk of out of stock items. Maybe all the items i chose on the first order were out of stock, lol.:doh:
I don't know what I said that was so uncalled for, I've made no attacks to anyone associated with PAC in this or any other thread! I understand that they're busy and are losing gainful employment and I appreciate that Todd took time to address some of the issues that are going on. I was not trying to diminish the fact that he's trying to put everyone posting in this thread at ease. It's certainly appreciated. However, that doesn't mean that someone still with PAC shouldn't address the issue nor did I indicate anywhere that I didn't believe their system was damaged. Maybe someone from PAC did address the issues in another thread and I just didn't see it.

Now I'm upset. I ordered a flex rotary and a pcxp on June 24. I received and email on Monday saying that i needed to pay shipping and it would be $18. Nothing was said about anything not being in stock. So thinking I was getting two buffers I accepted the $18 shipping charge.
Flash forward to 10 minutes ago and I get home and have a box waiting for me from PAC. Open it up and all that is in it is a PCXP. So I paid $130 shipped for a PCXP, that's more than they cost normally!!!!!! This is insane to me that I was sent an email about shipping but not that the flex wasn't in stock! So I'm so happy I took advantage of this sale to pay MORE than normal price for a buffer. I emailed Michael, and I will be happy to edit this is something is done, but with a company going out of business I just don't see what they can do. I guess this is just a lesson learned for me...

I made an order Saturday night. After reading all the accusations on here I got kinda worried. Then today I get home and package was on the porch. Btw my original order was around $100. But if I had look at my bank acct I would have noticed that they changed the charge to $71 b/c of out of stock items. Which meant that had picked the order. So really, I think everything will get fixed. And stop with all the back and forth bitching. At least act mature even if ur not.
