No worries on my part. I am not venting only telling the truth of my experience which contradicts what your thread said. I have not lashed out and I have been mature... as I will continue to be. I can not get hold of any proper person as of yet and phone and email has not been returned (as previously mentioned)

When you say people are drinking koolaid and then you defend money being taken from a customer without permission I simply wonder who is drinking koolaid. Do you really think I am going to get the money that was taken from me unless my credit card deals with it themselves? Cheers
 
If someone still employed with PAC would just post a message to this thread and/or start their own to explain the situation and assure people that their orders will be fulfilled that would probably alleviate many concerns. Has that happened and I just haven't seen it?

I believe Todd did post that all orders would be filled. If products you ordered aren't in stock then they would be removed from your bill and you won't be charged. However no one has addressed issues of money being taken from people without their consent (shipping charged without warning and against what was shown in the invoice)
Some people did receive warning and a choice. Others did not receive that warning or a choice. Instead the money was taken without consent.

I know you werent talking to me CeeDog but honestly I really do think you will be compensated somehow , in time.

I thought Todd was no longer with PAC.......I think someone with PAC should get on this thread and tell us all what's going on with the orders. There should be some communication from someone still directly involved with the company.

If you're accusing PAC with deliberately taking money without consent, the procedure to follow is filing a police report.

But perhaps you're not convinced they did it intentionally.

Todd has stepped in on his own time to try and help solve some of the issues since the employees are to busy trying to handle the **** storm of orders that came in when the sale was announced...keeping in mind those orders are being handled on a partially damaged system. (Whether or not you choose to believe that or not is up to you).

I've sat back and bit my tongue about all this but when I see everyone on L2D joking about this thread, linking it in the chat box for more people to come over and trash talk, then it really upsets me. Jack has lost his business and people who I consider my friends have lost their jobs. While I definitely understand people being upset by messed up orders and money being taken without authorization (Paypal just did it to me). I feel a lot of the comments made have been uncalled for and a few of them have even made me view members who I've enjoyed posting with over the years differently.

I'm confident PAC will make things right in time but as of right now I'm sure there only focus is tending to the massive amount of orders that are coming. As soon as they get caught up I'm sure they will start going through emails and sorting out any problems that may have happened.

In all fairness to everyone that helped with CMA?s liquidation, I would suggest that all of you be as PATIENT as possible and feel confident that CMA will do the right thing under these circumstances. :iagree:

With all due respect Chad, and there is a lot due to you, I think you might be taking some comments from the chat the wrong way. I don't think ANYONE is saying anything bad about the people that work for PAC. I have said on multiple occasions that I don't think they are bad people, and that I feel really bad that they are going through a tough time. However I will stand behind my complaints about a total lack of communication. Again I'm sure they are working long days to get things taken care of, but really it would take 10 minutes to go on this forum and make a few statements. I'm not asking to be contacted individually, just for SOMEONE that still works for PAC to say SOMETHING. I really don't think that is too much to ask.

I don't mean this as an attack on you, because I do have tons and tons of respect for you not only as a detailer but as a person. I hope thats comes across.

Obviously they didn't do it intentionally. Dont be insane. :out: They are good people but somebody is responsiible somewhere... are they not?
The point is they did it and haven't undone it. At no point have I said anything bad about anyone at TID or PAC. Why would I? I simply had nowhere else to go to try to get some contact with a person who could refund me my shipping money. I saw your thread and I posted my experience. At this point forget it. It was never worth it but as a matter of principal it is wrong what was done.

Corey, I know you're still waiting for a refund or even a reply, but I'm confident PAC will eventually get this straightened out. Again, I'm not rushing to PACs defense, or saying people don't have a right to their opinions and concerns, I'm just letting you guys know my experience.

I never received any tracking info or anything like that, but everything checked out, minus a few items that I guess we're sold out but still made it into my cart.

Thank you Mike, I appreciate your well worded message. I don't think I will get my issued straightened out and at this point I honestly don't care. They are going out of business and if it hasn't been handled already I don't see when they would have the chance to take care of it. They have far too much on their plate to deal with my issue. I wish I had never posted anything about it. It wasn't worth it and I should have known better. I should have gone with my first instinct which was to let it be in the past and move on.
 
Watching both this thread and ones on other foums I can definately feel for both sides here. CMA is obviously bombarded with tons of issues that are making them perform less than the stellar way they have up until the point of their closing. I wish all the people who placed orders luck with getting their supplies or a credit for the hassle. Knowing Jack the way I do, I'm confident that once the smoke clears that everyone will have their questions answered. Good luck.

Chad no one in the chat at L2D is saying anything bad about anyone here at PAC. We ALL feel for the people that have lost and are losing their jobs. We are just voicing our concerns with the way things are handled the same as we are doing here in this thread. If someone, ANYONE at PAC would just take a few minutes and post something to let everyone know whats up I think we would all be just fine with that ;)
 
Well got my package today, that I ordered on the 24th. Everything but one item I bought shipped. Now the real bummer... the three most expensive items in the box were not there. The bottom of the box had clearly been broken and taped up by ups. The box looks like hell.. The 303, Gummi Flege, and Opti-Clean were all missing :( and two of the three are sold out. Isnt that great!
