Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine REVIEW

I have 4 deep pile set aside for today. this will be my test. just can not figure out why my mitt went downhill. I used it 4 days before on black and there were no issues . I also have a new chenille mitt and I can compare them directly. will have to grab a Euro soon I have a feeling.

Hi Flatstick,

Do update us on your test... i'm also trying to find out what's the best wash mitt to use for Opt No rinse.

When i saw all the dirt on my MF chenille mitt after the 1st panel, I keep scrubing and scrubing it. but the dirt prove very stubborn. :hairpull :hairpull :hairpull :angry :angry

I'll try it out with a sheepskin once i get my hands on one.

Just finished washing my mid green color Mazda with Opt No Rainse (1st time). Dilution is 1oz to 2 gallon water with additional rainse bucket (water only).

The car already had some minor swirl marks before. It seems cleaning power is as good as QEW. Just like Scottwax said, less streak on windows, more slick and good shine. No additional marring that I know of. Will do more testing.

That is good to hear. how dirty was the car ? I have used the stuff twice on black with no problems .... go figure.

Will do, today I can check out the MF'S, new chenille mitt and pad and see how it releases the dirt. like I said before when I washed my mitt with Woolite after I was done it had never had so much dirt in it. the mitt came clean but I wish it would have done that in the rinse bucket :spit:

Just to let you know I did my little test today between the sheepskin and the deep pile MF. for me the MF was much better. the sheepsking was too heavy and hard to control on vertical panels. you will have to make up your mind for yourself what works better for you. next week I am going back to my chenille pad and new chenille pad so I can compare them to the MF. the MF'S did not really get that dirty and remained that way. I posted some pics on the other post about Optimum wash if you want to take a peek. keep in mind the pics were to show before and afters of the Optimum at work. I did not get any after I completed the whole thing.

The car sitted outside 24/7 for 10 days,a lot of dust and one 2" bird poop's size.

BTW...I mixed qd with 2 oz to 32oz water. It seems NO Rainse qd is not as smooth as QS for sure. Of course, their price is big different.

Hey at least you gave it a shot. it would be nice to have a product that fills two roles.

NO Rainse is still new to me. Will do more testing. I think I will try Anthony O's suggestion by using distill water for next mixture, hoping to improve smoothies.

Sounds good let us know. I believe he also said that he liked 8 ounces of wash to a gallon instead of the 6. maybe those two things will help :woot:
