First, let me just say, My Apologies on this whole thread.
My intent was never to start all this crap. I read these posts that are out here and this really is one of the only times that I had first hand relative information to help answers someone else’s question about a product.
I am a detail NUT…ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you I do not drive my autos as much as I polish them. I spend countless hours getting my car/truck ready to show and am to the point of being obsessed with it.
Heck, I have 6 different paint brushes to get all the cracks and crevices in the vehicles clean. I had to add a bookshelf unit to my garage to hold all of my detailing stuff including polishes by the gallon, two buffers and countless supplies.
I even bought an air compressor for the single purpose of drying my cars.
Having said all of that, I really just wanted to tell people that I found a product that worked great for me.
Maybe I had a “flukeâ€ experience with the S100. Lots of people love it and will continue to use it. Maybe I put it on wrong, maybe the stars just were not lined up that day, but look at it like this….if I messed that product up during application, maybe another product that I don’t “mess upâ€ during application (if that is what I did) is a better product for ME. By the same token, it doesn’t mean my experience wasn’t real.
Bottom line for me, if I believe in a product I want to tell people about it….I will talk to you all day long about my SVT Lightning…doesn’t mean I am going to convert you from a Chevy person….that’s not my intent.
At some point or another, we all learned of new and better “things by recommendations from others. Unless we try them for ourselves, how do we know if they are what WE want for ourselves?
I do not want to “ruffle anyone’s feathers by my posts and am sorry that is what this has done on my “maiden post.
I will refrain from doing so in the future. Please don’t hold it against ANY product because of this post as that is not fair to the product or yourself.
Sorry for this turning into a soap opera
