They are soft, cheap ($10), and absorb water like crazy.
RP-350Z said:I find that the WW towels don't do a great job of getting all the water. So call me old fashioned but I still use the trusty absorber. I know I know, if there is any dirt on your car you can rub it into the paint if you use the absorber, but I do an excellent job of washing my car making sure to get all areas.
a.k.a. Patrick said:I dont think there is "one" towel that is so awesome that it should bestoe the "best" title. I prefer to use what I call an associate towel when drying. This could even be a regular plush microfiber polishing towel if need be. It helps as a leaner when reaching lower panels or when drying hard to reach roof areas. I prefer a smaller 16x27 as an example. If you find your lead towel leaving an occasional streak, you just follow up with the other smaller WW thats in the opposite hand. This will also alleviate excessive water consumption, that "could" lead to streaking with the larger towel. Just my preference.....
