integritydetail- Thanks again.
Pats300zx- Thank you Pat!
David- I am still learning the product and probably could have stepped to a more agressive pad, but I really didn't feel it was necessary on this particular vehicle. The yellow wool pad was producing great results and I was able to see an improvement after every pass, so I decided to stick with this pad and perform more passes. I was not in a rush whatsoever and saw no point in using a more agressive approach. I always like to play it safe. Faster is not always better. I enjoy taking my time. It would probably be a different story if I was a mobile detailer or had a shop to pay for and had time restrictions, but it is more of a hobby for me.
The reason I used IP after the M105 was basically as a safeguard and for my own peace of mind. I knew I wasn't going to be able to pull the car out in the sun to check for swirls, etc., so I decided to perform the extra step. I did one of the rear 1/4 panels with UF right after the 105 and it looked fantastic. Although halogens work great at detecting swirls, nothing shows them better than pure sunlight IMO. The compounding was probably 80% of the work, so a quick once over with IP was nothing.
This was sort of a 105 test vehicle for me, so I am sure my process will change slightly the more I use it.
Carbon Blue- Thanks!

David Fermani said:Question = Why did you use Intensive Polish after 105? Are you not able to go from 105/wool to Ultrafina? Also, do you think more cut/correction(less passes) could have been achieved using a Heavy Cut wool pad instead of a Medium Cut one? EDGE's yellow is pretty strong too in retrospect.
