Well, it`s been a full decade since Zaino has added anything to the "What`s New" page of their website. The last entry was on February 7, 2007, when they were first to market with a WOWA sealant.
To be fair, since then they have introduced two microfiber towels, a foam applicator, and a (Grit Guard) bucket dolly.
Now, I`m not suggesting that a line has to have 37 products in it, or adding products for the sake of adding products, but c`mon Sal, you were the first with a WOWA sealant, yet you`ve missed the boat on coatings, rinseless washes, and...well, that would be enough.
Oh, and it`s now about two decades since people started buying things on the internet, but us people in NJ, who are stuck here because we can`t get across the GW Bridge (long story, ask Chris Christie), STILL can`t order from your website. I know you "have distributor agreements from...before the internet" but it`s about time you renegotiated them...surely software today can credit your NJ distributor for NJ sales in a way that will be credible to him. Besides, I can`t even go to Shore Motorsports anymore. (Not that Carl Voellm isn`t a great guy, it`s just not as convenient to order from him as it would be from zainostore)
I still have all my Zaino products from a dozen years ago, and they`re all fine, except my ZFX finally dried up, and I used up the lemon tire dressing.
When I joined this forum in 2004, we had the Klasse/Perfect Shine advocates, the Zaino Zealots, and a small minority of "everybody else". That quickly changed as the effect of the internet and forums really took hold coupled along the way with a lot of new product technology. Zaino always had a solid line of products, the questions about their similarity to other lines aside, and although they didn`t advocate polishing clearcoat, they did eventually come out with a very nice fine polish. But the sweeping changes we`ve seen in the last 10 years seem to have left Zaino behind, both from a product standpoint and forum visibility.
