I saw one of these on the road today...yeah, I want a pickup that has a huge spoiler blocking the bed :faint: . Maybe the bigger the spoiler the smaller the...
 
Mike, is today the first time you've seen one of these trucks? There are a bunch of them around here - not the best looking things around, but I prefer them over the big lifted hill billy trucks driving around :)
 
Yeah, first time, it kind of jumped out at me in that orange color and I thought it was kind of cool the way it evoked the Superbird/Daytona wing...makes a cool Dodge car show circuit vehicle...but it's a little impractical if you buy a truck to use as a truck...but then again who needs an SUV that looks like an army vehicle...what do I know, I'm not a truck guy and I like to keep a low profile...no spoilers on anything of mine anymore.

It does look good, but on a Superbird you could open the trunk all the way, etc. I always see pickups with ATV's, motorcycles, snowmobiles, jet skis, etc. in the back...all of which you could never roll through that spoiler. I suppose it unbolts :nixweiss





EDIT: "Sure, I can get that TV/chair/etc. into my truck, just give me a few to unbolt my wing..."
 
It wouldn't be quite so retarded if it were 2WD, had lower profile tires and a little drop. I don't like the wing on a truck but it could be worse........it could be on a Honda.

Mike I have seen several, Ijust dont get WHY on a 4by. I like the WRX's style though. At least you can argue its function on a Rally car..........
 
They are every where in Oklahoma, a real rednecks dream truck. Bo and Luke reliving there glory days in this pile but, it's got a hemi!!! I just laugh everytime I see one because they are so heinous. Mike...
 
What is it with dodge and putting the daytona package on everything these days. I think if dodge wanted to make something with a daytona package then they should have just remade the superbird again. instead of trying to make a truck one. the truck would be great without the wing. just my 2 cents
 
I'm a huge truck fan who has been in the show truck scene and I think that's horrible. You don't see a lot around, no wonder. Although, for the mainstream, bolt on accessories are everything; forget clean subtle mods :).
