Your favorite spray wax

SCG Speed Demon.:bigups

I haven't yet tried this stuff out, but it looks good, and I haven't ever had a bad experience with a SCG product.

Need to try more spray waxes, lol. Pretty soon I'm gonna need a garage just for all my detailing products I haven't gotten to try out yet...

What about Malco Nano Care Aqua Wax? Howsat? As compared to DG Aquawax and OCW.

i've used the orange malco aqua wax and the DG AW was easier to apply and better overall IME...

BigAl3,

Well where I'm at, Malco is almost half the price of DG (gallon size). But just a few bucks cheaper if 22oz size.

I use OCW on my dark cars exclusively. On my light colored cars, is a fight between Malco and DG.

For now, Malco is winning because of price. And I can use it to dress interior trim as well. This is as suggested by YouTube - Malco Nano Care? Spray Wax

you can always order direct with DG and pay a flat rate shipping fee of $5 and order a few other things as well. even at half the price for the malco aquawax, i would pay more for the DG AW. that's how much i like it and it's worth every penny IMO...

What do you guys think of spraying wax on wheels, headlights? etc etc maybe topping it on a coat of wheel sealant

I don't think they are supposed to be, but since both are water based I don't think it would be a problem. The statement was just for comparison purposes. IMO nanowax is wayyyyy too watery, it could be a good product if it was more concentrated.

So, is it still worth your time if you can get it for <$4?

Do you guys only use this spray wax on top of your wax, or is it also safe to use it without a wax base layer and directly on the clear coat? Or is it even worth using if you don't wax your car first?

OCW, I have been using it this winter on top of the optiseal. Still working great on my wife and I's daily drivers which sit outside 24/7

For value, I like Turtle Wax Express Shine. It is inexpensive, easy to apply and remove, and is pretty durable for a spray wax. (pretty high praise for a TW product)

I like Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax as well.
