Winter Car Washing?

22 Feet!!! It must be cool driving something with it's own zip code! :D My BMW will likely fit in the bed.

I'm in the Kirkwood area. Not far away. Only problem with you driving us to work this winter might be the 50-75 miles a day I need to travel to see customers and prospects. That could get a little costly for you to keep gas in that thing!:D I guess I could throw in an extra $5. That ought to cover it, right?

I wash my car more in the winter than I do in the summer. After a snow storm, and after the roads have dried, I go to the local self-serve wash with a bucket, (2) wash mitts and shampoo. First I rinse the car and then fill the bucket with water, add shampoo and top off with a blast of water for suds. I wash the entire car with the wash mitt and finish the wheels with the second wash mitt. I next rinse the bucket, rinse the car and fill the bucket with warm water. I dry the car with a P21S drying towel; I rinse the towel in the warm water frequently.

As far as detailing I have access to a 72 degree garage.

Gas??? No way!! I would probably get 8 mpg if it were a gasser. ;) I like the smell of diesel anyway. :D

Nice Rig. Can I borrow it when I get 30" of snow in December again?

PrinzII - 30" snow  I don't think so. Heck, I wouldn't take it out with that much white stuff.

Dave C. - It is an 02. Mine will look identical to the one in the photo except my will have blackwall tires. I <em class='bbc'><strong class='bbc'>HATE[/i][/b] outlined white tires!

John.

Cool!! The clear-outs on the '02 look pretty sharp IMHO. Congrats on the new ride!! Is it your first truck?? I'd love to have a PSD myself!!

I've always had trucks... like the song from Joe Diffy says <strong class='bbc'>"Theres something women like about a pickup man"[/b] :D
