There may be similarities between Duragloss and Z, but I don't know enough about the former line. One could argue that a good chemist could copy 90% of a product just by knowing what to do (ie: gas chromotography). I'm really not sure of the case.
I do know, though, that Zaino is one of a kind.

So..... Who will be the first to cal Sal and ask him who makes his product, Duragloss or Chemical Guys?mgm2003 said:I'm not sure if anyone knows the answer to that one.

Like "J" says, who cares? If a product does what you want it to do, then all that's really necessary to know is where to buy it.
By the same token, I can see where it could be of some interest to people that are more curious about things than me.

I have used Zaino and I have used Duragloss. They appear very similar to me but I don't know who makes either one.
Fortunately, I don't have to listen to anybody if I choose not to. That's one of the great things about "freedom of speech", I'm also free to ignore what ever I choose to ignore.Anthony A said:Well I care who makes it. I have to listen to Zaino Cult members go on about how awseome the stuff is and how great lord Sal is for making it. Does he really make it? I would think the Zaino cult would want to know since they are the first people to pound a product into the ground when some dirt is exposed about it. If I was Sal and I made Zaino I would be making a point of letting the consumer know it. That way I could say "see we are different" not just some repackaged Chemical Guys or what ever.
As for the people saying that if your happy with the product who cares who makes it. Well if I can get that same product for less and over the counter than you better believe I care. Take P21S and S100 for example. No way I am paying for P21S products when I can get S100 at much cheaper prices OTC at cycle shops. Yes I would be happy with P21S results but knowing I can get S100 local and cheaper just makes buying P21S a stupid move.
