Thoughts and Prayers for the victims and Families in Orlando

The point is we take all the steps we can to make it harder and harder for crazy to kill people in mass. The AR-15 has no place in civilian hands.

So then you agree w trump about stopping Muslims from entering the country ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

YOu said "all the steps"

If the AR is by far not the most common weapon used in assaults and murder, why is it ALWAYS the focus of gun grabbers? Even when we look at mass murder, 9 of the top 12 didn`t use one and 2 of the greatest mass murders in the US didn`t use a gun at all.

Discussing Gun Control over the Internet is a waste of resources, but here goes anyhow:

[Post deleted as I`ve said it all before, the local PD agrees with me, and people who don`t know me/my wife aren`t qualified to comment on, let alone dictate, our choice of firearms but sometimes think they are anyhow.]

I just don`t get it.

Let`s say as of tomorrow all AR-15s just disappear....you honestly think these crazies are not gonna find another weapon that can cause just as much carnage?? Then what? Then we ban that too?

Also because someone likes to target practice as a sport with AR-15 and they are not gonna hurt someone else with it they don`t deserve to own one?

THE GUN IS REALLY NOT THE PROBLEM.

Thank you very much, this is the point that I don`t understand people overlooking.

By this logic, we need to ban everything, because everything could be hazardous.
And on a follow up to that thought, we better start with alcohol and tobacco because nobody needs either one and they take many many times more people every year than AR-15`s

I have a better idea.........

Since this guy was exposed to the radicalization on the internet, maybe we need to shut down the internet instead of banning guns..

Internet = EVIL

So Ron, what you`re saying is that since this guy was a US citizen, all we need to do is to stop him from leaving the country to gain any exposure, eliminate all members of a particular belief presently in the country (no mosques or places to gather), stop any "outsiders" from entering the country that have been exposed to that belief, shut the Internet and television stations down so we can`t see any problems in the outside world and eliminate all firearms? I`m following you now, you`re a genius. Ron for POTUS.

Though this is a bit extreme, it`s kind of the same thing, it`s the snowballing effect. Start with one type of gun, then the next, then the next. When you start eliminating anything that is potentially dangerous, there isn`t much left.

Chick-fil-A restaurants respond to Orlando massacre with free food at blood drives - Washington Times

The Christian owners of the Atlanta-based organization, which is normally closed on Sundays, have been criticized for holding a biblical view of marriage as the union between one man and one woman.

“But, wait, those people were waiting to give blood to victims that were mostly ``` people,” wrote Vianna Vaughan at DC Gazette. “Doesn’t Chick Fil A hate ```s? That’s what we kept being told.”

“Turns out, that while the founders definitely don’t approve of that choice of lifestyle, they believe in compassion,” she wrote. “Who knew?”

That`s one of the things that just irritates the ever living hell out of me. These SJW`s can`t seem to grasp the concept that just because you don`t support a specific group it means you must hate them or are scared of them.

Just a thought.................

If Obama and Clinton went after the terrorists they way they go after Guns & Trump, we probably wouldn`t have the problem.........

Meh - Guess it makes too much sense. Besides the word "Terrorist" is banned from the administration.

ORLANDO NIGHTCLUB VICTIM PATIENCE CARTER PENS POEM ABOUT SURVIVING THE MASSACRE

The guilt of feeling grateful to be alive is heavy. Wanting to smile about surviving but not sure if the people around you are ready, as the world mourns the victims killed and viciously slain,I feel guilty about screaming about my legs and pain...Because I could feel nothing

Like the other 49, who weren’t so lucky to feel this pain of mine. I never thought in a million years that this could happen.

I never thought in a million years that my eyes could witness something so tragic.

Looking at the souls leaving the bodies of individuals.

Looking at the killer`s machine gun throughout my right peripheral.

Looking at the blood and debris covered on everyone`s faces.

Looking at the gunman`s feet under the stall as he paces.

The guilt of feeling lucky to be alive is heavy, it`s like the weight of the oceans walls crushing uncontrolled by levies. It`s like being drug through the grass with a shattered leg and thrown in the back of a Chevy.

Being rushed to the hospital and told you`re going to make it, when you laid beside individuals whose lives were brutally taken.

The guilt of being alive is heavy.

Omar Mateen tried become a full-fledged police officer last summer at the police academy at Indian River State College
He applied for an intensive six-month law enforcement academy in his hometown of Fort Pierce, Daily Mail Online has learned
Officials at the Indian River State College`s Criminal Justice Institute were so concerned about his `deceptive` behavior they rejected him
He was reported to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the State police
`I believe he wanted to get hired by a police force to carry out whatever nefarious plan he had while in a uniform,` said an informed insider
A school higher-up called the FDLE to report Mateen as someone who should be watched.
The FDLE`s response: He was already on a watch list for potential terrorist affiliation

Instead of going after bad people, the response is to ban the AR15. Never mind that there`s plenty other rifles that are semi and have an available large capacity magazine- let`s ban this one, since we know the name of it.

Its the same logic Trump uses on banning all Muslims from entry into the country, and everyone flips out.
