Fire danger down in this part of texas. Fires all around the area.
 
yep...had a big fire the other day....how close was it to you Kirk? I thought the retirement home was gone....

No water at work today.......water main broke somewhere....thought I had a relaxing day.....I had to install GPS devices all day. Had to drive down the road to take a leak, pee, urinate...whatever you want to call it...

Had to wash my hands with laquer thinner...burned a bit.....lmao

Oh..and a beautiful day here in Texas........I wouldn't mind some rain though!
 
That fire was 3/4 of a mile away. Good thing the wind was blowing south. IF it would have been blowing east that day it would have blown right into my subdivision. I had my lawn sprinklers on never the less. Just to be safe.

Monday could be the day for rain. LEt's hope!! :yes:
 
And in Seattle WA, it's been raining every day for over three weeks with no end in sight.
Makes our little bit of snow pretty bearable. Especially when we get a few 50+ degree days thrown in. It was 51 here today.

I'm so freakin tired.... This week can't end soon enough. Techincally it won't be over till next Thursday. To make things worse, I've got the in-laws at my place all week. Somebody kill me....

Ya! Detail Friday. Just waiting for the wife to get back from an appointment.

Hot and dusty here still. :bawling: Really could use some rain.
 
The week is almost over. Only 6 more days to go. grrrrr...

On the bright side I am going to an Auto Expo tonight. Hopefully I can get some pics of new cars. I want to see if they can bring out a Ford GT again. That car makes me weak in the knees in person. I think it is over priced and I probably wouldn't ever fork out $160K to buy one, but it is one of the coolest looking cars I've seen in person. Magazine photos don't do it justice.

55 deg. yesterday and snow today welcome to Wi.
 
Speaking about love...Got my new Poorboy's Calendar. Started looking thru the cars (I love the stree rod pic's)and the Little Detailer took the calendar out of my hands saying "Everybody has a calendar but me" running to his room with the claendar in his hands.

Finished ooing and ahhing the new MF towels I got from Poorboy's then proceded into the Little Detailers room. He had already stuck the calendar upon the wall with a thumbtack.

Will have to order something else from Poorboy's now. I liked that calendar!!

I 2nd The PB's mfs. i used the plush mfs on a weekend detail,no marring/swirling and i really like the color/blue.
 
I went to the :w00t: DR. today for a flu shot :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: my left arm is a little sore.
 
the Little Detailer is my five year old son, Kellen. My constant companion and #1 wheel cleaner and polisher.
