The Softest Plushest Thickest Microfiber Towel?

OK....

I can see now this thread is gonna cost me $$$$

YEP, like all of these do, this thread alone has cost me to buy a ton of new nice thick m/f...

Gotta agree on the euros too, and I did see the cost difference as well.

So are the Euros "better" than the green Viking towels? Or would they be used for different tasks? I *finally* found the green Viking towels, but an employee at O'Reilly Auto Parts here in Dallas said he thinks they won't be carrying them any longer since they were on sale for $2.99 and his warehouse no longer has the part # available.

i really like the eurows for interior wipedowns (especially on scratch sensitive plastics, tinted windows, etc) as they are extremely soft & plush. the green viking microfibers are good for removal of polish, lsp's, QD'ing, etc.. both can serve different tasks/purposes. if you find it suits you in whatever you use it for, then by all means keep using it for that...

for $2.99 i would clean them out!

edit: also i've noticed that autozone (their own brand) and pepboys (carrand) are carrying a drying towel version of these microfibers, but they don't seem to be as nice...

I cleaned 'em out all right, but the couple of stores I went to only had 1 towel in each store. One store had 2. Bummer. I'll be trying them out this weekend. Thanks for the reply.

I got these from Poorboys World they are fluffy on both sides.. I still need to wash them to see how they do after but damm to they glide accross the paint...

I just wish he made them larger and with the silk edging

I've been using the Euros lately and they are the best bang for the buck in my opinion.

agreed, most would sell ONE towel for around $4-$5 each (or more), and for $21.19 you get TEN. i hope they don't raise the prices any further (were originally $15.90, but still well worth the current price!)...

Anyone has a feedback on these towels?

~$25 for 5 towels seems like a great deal, but before buying I'd like to hear opinions of others.

This one towel costs around $9, but it's quite large (16" x 27"), so the price is reasonable too.. Any feedbacks about this Poorboy's towel?

Thanks ;) (I'm new to detailing so I'm sorry if I'm too curious)..

the top mf's look no different than the vrooms, costco, or sams club towels....

here are some photos of the eurow shag towel (has the same long strands on BOTH sides not just one like many mf's)... courtesy of BlackElantraGT & StiffDog06

So, you mean they're good or bad? (sorry again, I'm a total newby..)

Those SVD towels look slightly thin to me compared to Poorboy's Mega Mega towel, but if those SVD'a are good, why not order them, they quite cheap, only $25 for 5 towels. I just wanted to hear your thoughts about them, maybe someone uses them and could give feedback?

I think I will order some Poorboy's Mega Mega towels for now...
