No dealership uses a specific/custom brand of tire shine... as for tire shine slinging off, just wipe off the excess.

the ONLY way for you to find out would be to go and ask the detailers at the dealership

So you actually like the tire shine that the dealership uses? Pretty sure the dealership I worked at used some 'Auto Magic' crap that would sling all over the paint. Looked awful.
You can get better products at Autozone for sure.
