Tapatalk just installed on TID

Angelo has told me that a number of you have requested Tapatalk be installed on TID so you could access and interact with the forum through your smartphones.

I am happy to announce that I have just finished installing the workings from our end.

Those of you with the proper smartphones can go to the Tapatalk site and download the app for your phone. The page at this link is a gateway to the approriate site for you to download the app for your particular phone.

Tapatalk is designed to work with:

Iphone
Android 1.5 and higher, this includes the Droid and Nexus One
Blackberry
Nokia S60 - 3rd and 5th editions.

The iPhone app is $2.99 from the App Store.
The other versions are free.
The Blackberry and Nokia apps may also be downloaded from the Tapatalk site.

You fearless Admin does not own an iPhone or Android phone...yet.
So, let me know how you like this new feature.

Yeah, I just meant out of the car forums that I actually go to, this is the only one.

I just emailed my Volvo forum admins though, so we'll see if they follow suit, I hope so.

Work is finally replacing my POS BB i7100 with a new Curve and as soon as I get it I'll grab tapatalk. If they only knew how much my productivity will suffer NOW!!!

OK I have downloaded the ap to my BB. What will this do ? I was already viewing TID before. When I connect to TID , do I have to do anything different.

The Tapatalk app lets you both view and post to the forum.
On most smartphones, you can also check your forum PM's, upload images, etc.

The grandkids showed me how to use the ap and it is a lot easier to read the various post now. Still having trouble trying to post but I'll eventually figure it out. Thanks again
