Wheew....Can't let those sale items at CMA go...I won't be doing any Xmas shopping anytime soon. Got too many things to try next week. Only good thing is winter is mild here in the SouthWest so I don't have to wait till spring. Now, I have to apply all those techniques I read about here and brush up on my detailing skills...hehehe:cool:

for my vacation this yr....:D thse are my favorites that u got...3 Liters of vinylex....a gallon of FI....the whole PC collection...5 charismas...got both steve/neatitems Mf's...politically corrext of you(i did too)...and i like how you put in there the wrong Bon ami.....Xmas shopping...that would take me thru valentines day too....lol.....good for you buddy...try to do some comparisons with what you used to use when u get it all....

ps...how much was the shipping....about $80.....:D

Thats gonna take up the whole friggen back of the UPS truck! Wow man, thats sure is alot of stuff, like Cristmas for detialers, be sure to report the differences between your pre-autopia and now, and amung the different cleaners, QDs leather stuff you have!

Don't forget that you get 2 loads of holiday presents; one for yourself from the spouse and one for "the other woman." I mean, if we're going to call the car that, we might as well buy something for her right?

Just my attempt at justifying some more purchases:rolleyes:

I actually already got about half on the list. I got the PC from Mcruz (another autopia member). I just placed a bunch of items from CMA (waiting for the Blackfire) and Motorhead.net ( like the free shipping here and the freebie P21S wheel cleaner ). I was happy with Carcareonline where I got the FI and Blitz and I am still waiting for the Yosteve towels which I think will be shipped next Saturday.

I really would like to try a lot of those stuff. Already tried 303 on the tires but they were too matte for my tastes. I like it for the interior though. Hopefully Vinylex or Eagle One will do the trick.;)

Yeah, I will try to get a before and after picture on my project. I plan to test on the Honda first since it got scratches and swirlmarks on the hood.:)

If 303 was too much of a matte finish on the tires for you I think you will like the Eagle One Concours. It is a matte finish, but with a slight sheen. It is not glossy buy an means, but just a slight sheen in the right light. I think you will be impressed with the product, I know I was.

ShowroomLincoln,

Yeah I saw your posting about it. I was curious and since I have more $ left on my order at CMA before paying the next tier on shipping ( hate the shipping costs here), I figured I'd give it a try. Thanks for the input anyway.

BTW, here's my actual Xmas wish but the wife won't go for it:D

It would have worked great as a storage for all this stuff. ;)

Damn Neomatrix, you really took our opinions and favorite items to heart. You pretty much bought every good product. Good for you.

Wow, that mobile unit is sweet. Well i dont have a truck, or a car for that metter....wonder if i can stap that two Greta and Garbo, my two german shepards. They might be abble to pull that around town;)

OMG!!!!!

:bounce I have never seen something so cool in my entire life (about detailing) :bounce

It's like the disney land for detailing!!! That is so cool and I think I want to hang out with you now!!! Next time in Vegas I'm coming over and we're doing my rental car.

You should get a big speaker and play some sorta song when you go by, then everyone will come out their houses wanting their cars washed. I mean, everytime you'd drive by, i'd point say check it out! Very impressive neo!

That is so cool, I love how clean you keep it (duh!) but still it's sooo clean and white! not to mention the bright logo, sweet. (could use a little yosteve.com logo in the corner though ;) )

The only way you can get away with that here is if it doubled as a snow plow in the winter :( man I sure do wish they had stuff like that here.

BTW, I'm glad I made the list ;) oh yeah, and I just figured out just now (even after you've e-mailed me) that neo and matrix, haha I get it. that's even one of my favorite movies, (such an idiot, haha)

:up as a side note...is there anybody with a DVD player that doesnt own this movie:D ....or better yet...is there anybody that this wasnt the first movie they got or wanted to get as soon as they got their DVD,,,:) i remem ber for like a whole yr there...every patients house i went into had this DVD playing ...over and over.....anyway...back to detailing....we're all in a fake world and all ican think about is washing and polishing my car....but i love it!:bounce

second movie I bought on DVD. The fight scene sounds awesome, espeically with 5.1 DD, with a sub woofer. THE BEST sounding movie I have (in my opinion) is GLADIATOR DTS.

Actually, Jurrasic Park (also one of my favorites) was the first DTS movie ever released. They have a DTS DVD out, sounds similar to the Dolby Digital, but just with more bass (typically, the only difference between the two formats, which can be looked at as out Klasse-Zaino debate) Besides car detailing, home theater is my other hobbie, in fact, i wasnt planning on taking on detailing as seriously as i did this summer, i was planing on working at an elite home theater store around here, said i know more than 90% of their staff. But i just fell in love with detailing, you are your own boss.

Talking about DTS, Saving Private Ryan is the best for me. I have a 56" HDTV with the complete 5.1 HT setup and this movie rocks especially the opening beach invasion scene. You feel like you're right in it.:up

OK, young Brad. What are some of the best home theatre systems under $800 or so. Any Bose ones that come to mind? Thanks in advance.
