The Prima line is exceptional for PC use. In fact it was made for PC and not Rotary use, unlike most polishes. Too bad it does not get many reviews here. You can get Prima Cut, Swirl, and Finish at detailers paradise.
Menzerna is probably the best polish I have worked with. It works well with the PC and Rotary. I would keep Menzerna SIP and 106FF in my arsenal (both pretty expensive at 45+ per 32oz) if I were you.
Another option is Optimum. Their OHC, OC and OP get great reviews here. Low dust, long working times, awesome prices.
5" pads are probably my favorite with the PC. 4" is just for deep correction and it takes forever to detail a full car. 6" seems a bit too big cause and you need to work polishes longer and apply more pressure. I would keep 5" pads for medium polishes and fine polishes, 6" for applying wax and sealants, and 4" for deep/spot correction. Danase has a combo where you can pick 5-6 5" CCS pads for a great price if you just want to stick to one size.
Using paste... Invert the jar on top of the pad, let the wax slide onto pad, angle the jar or squeeze to hold the wax in place, and spread evenly on the pad.
