So I finally received (3 weeks ago) my shipment of Ricardo clay and realized when I opened the box, that the BOGO product did not make it into the box. So I contacted eShine to alert them of this error. Chris from eShine responded quickly to the situation and told me that during the sale they missed a few BOGO items. I am currently waiting for the blue Ricardo to become available before they ship out the BOGO items.
