Red Robin

PA DETAILER

DETAILED TODAY?
First time eating at one today. Average. Nothing special. Burger was good. And they are pricey. Way better choices.

I always get one of the specialty burgers and think they are delicious. I haven`t been in a while though.

Agreed, some of their specialty burgers are very good. The Blue Cheese Bacon burger is great but almost too messy to eat. Their tavern burgers are along the lines of Carl`s Junior but at a higher price.

I went once and never bothered going again, totally overrated IMO and I got so many better local choices near me with legit delicious burgers, and I`m not even a burger person so in order for me to like one it has to be VERY good.

I like 5 guys burgers better but I do like Red Robin for going with the wife and kids. There fries are good. Burgers decent. I do like there chicken Caesar wrap. My wife, kids and myself can usually eat there for 50 with tip.

I like Red Robin, I get the whiskey River Burger. But then again I am just happy anytime the wife lets me eat a regular burger and not a Turkey burger.

5 guys is a good hangover burger, dripping grease. Smashburgers is definitely better IMO.

I love that 5 guys has fresh jalapenos. The burgers are really good but the fries are uber greasy. And it`s expensive for what it is.

The Five Guys` fries are too soft for me. I like the crisp style. I guess the price includes a "free peanuts" charge.

My family have switched to Culver`s. Way Cheaper than Five Guys and no tip unlike Red Robin. Simple, but good burgers. Even my 6 year old uber picky son loves it. It`s a win for my wallet. The three of us usually eat for just under $15.

Worst meal I`ve ever eaten in my life was at a new Culver`s near our place. The one and only time I actually went on line to complain about a food establishment`s business to their corporate office. They never responded.

I went to Five Guys w my buddy once and saw people coming out w brown paper bags absolutely soaked w grease. Just looking at the menu made me feel sluggish. I didn`t get a thing...

I don`t know how you guys can eat like this and still move at the end of the day. Normally plain grilled chicken w lettuce and tomato is my "go to" at a fast food place. I`m thinking you guys are probably a lot younger than me - I`m sure that helps.

I agree, Five guys and similar greasy burger places are great for a hangover cure, but that food does nothing positive for energy levels.
