The Driver
Detailers Workshop
Maybe I'm missing something here, but I would't put running a red light in the same catgegory as exceeding the posted speed limit. Eh, just IMO and all...but the "full stop for a stoplight/stopsign" is something I want people (myself included) to do every time.
I do as well but the state is a bunch of deviants, an I do mean deviants...
Why? A friend of mine "Ran" a light supposedly at night. She swore up an down that she knew the timing of the light in the morning when she went to work, so she did her due diligence. She timed it, long behold it was a 3 second delay in the morning, yet at night it was 1.5 seconds. She then submitted the evidence to the court, long story short the ticket was dismissed immediately.
Again, they are sneaky, very very sneaky. I believe in a full stop to assess but the whole 3 second rule is bogus. That said I understand that we as a society are only as fast as our slowest member. The rules were mean't to protect the not so sharp but there is also the revenue argument which is becoming increasingly more blatant as far as over the top goes.
