Hello,
I was just buffing off the wax off my car when it started to rain really hard. While it was under a covered area, the rear bumper, and some other areas got quite wet. I simply went over these wet areas with my microfiber cloth and buffed them wet. I used the wet MF towel to remove wax from rest of the car while it was continuing to rain. I'm a little paranoid these days about detailing so I'm wondering if this practice might be unsafe in terms of damaging the paint. I'm fairly sure it's all good but I can't really tell TBH.
The car was clean but just had water from the rain on it while the wax was still there, waiting to be removed.
On a side note: It seems to rain almost every time after I wax the car. But it's probably a coincidence (is anything really a coincidence?).
Thank you!
