POWER Waterless Auto Washer... On The Cheap

I plane to use my power outlet for the first use. I don't like running equipment off my vehicle. Does anyone know where I can pick up an adapter for 110? I was going to check Pep Boys,or somewhere on line!

I'm sure you could find one at Radio Shack locally

Thanks! Never though about Radio Shack. I just found one on Ebay for $5 free shipping. My set will include my Coleman Power Mate.Wet Dry vac, Nomad, Aztec, and still carry my water tank. I can always reload the pressure washer for a big job. Really excited about the Nomad!

Can you send a link?

so would I be able to use this thing kinda like a foam gun aswell if I wanted? would it damage it? just a thought. I was going to order mine from kotulas since they have the free shipping. I just remember them tell me there was no warrenty and so I let that hold me back on top of it taking like 7 days from them to me on shipping.

Just ordered mine this evening. I'm hoping to use this in the winter months to do cars in customers garages. I have even thought of using this instead of my pressure washer. I will give a review as soon as it arrives and I use it!

Got my Nomad today. GREAT piece of equipment. My total price was $51

I searched Ebay and theirs was listed for $179. Iam very Happy with the machine and it's performance. I believe these things are going to go way up.

Maybe it's a good thing they discontinued it (could not give them away!). Look at the great bargain we got!

AUTOPIANS... DON'T DELAY... GET YOURS NOW OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Got mine today , Worked for all of 10min then the motor locked up. I will say this is a cool tool. I will have to have them send me a replacement.

I am still waiting to receive mine. Are you guys using it for a pre/post rinse with a traditional 2 bucket wash or are you filling the unit with an ONR solution?

Anyone know where the unit is made in?

It says it is made in China. I was hoping the manual would list the current/amperage rating but no such luck. I guess you can't have everything when you get a good deal:chuckle:

What kind of adapter do I need with this thing?

You don't HAVE to have an adapter. If you want you can just plug it into the 12volt outlet in your car. However, I went ahead and did like David B and bought an adapter that I can plug into a 110 volt wall outlet and then I can plug the 12v cord into that. Make sense?

A 12 Volt, 15 AMP source is plenty to power the Nomad. It uses a submerged RV style pump. It kicks on when it senses a drop in pressure. Very effective.

BTW, you can power this thing all day long with an 18v tool battery... hint, hint.
