Alex, I identify the cologne smell with the Reflections, not with FX. However, excellent products.



Nowadays I tend to use NXT as a glaze and it functions very good that way. Collinite locks in the reflective look and you are fine with durability as well. BTW have you tried any Finish Kare products?
 
Is mothers reflections tire care a spray or gel?



Doubt it would match wolfgang or sonus's gels as I've driven 1000km's in two days then blasted my dirt ridden tyres (from speedway pits etc) with a 1500 psi high pressure gun and 4 star soap and drove the car the next day and the stuff was still there for another week.

That's just one coat - normally I apply three and best result of 5 weeks per coat



Works great on daily drivers - gets slightly dulled by rain, puddles etc but jet black gloss re appears the next time you drive



I also like autoglym vinyl and rubber care on tyres (spray and walk away)

Did a side by side test against 303 Aerospace and it beat it but not by much - a couple days but had better gloss from start to finish
