Patrick, Thanks! If you lived in CT, I would maybe take up the offer. If I don't put the top down, I have lots of room. Hey, that's what the back seat area is for anyway as no one in their right mind would fit back there!

Hmm, so Steve, when are you going to do a West coast detailing day? I might be able to arrange something, if you are interested...

Maybe Coastal Eddie's world headquarters. With his palatial estate, no one would have to get a room. :rolling

I'm definately in for one day, if its that great I might show up the other.
Thing that blows is I work that weekend 4-8 both Sat. and Sun., and its hard for me to take off. Plus the fact that the weather hasn't been the greatest, I don't want to further cut my already very little hours if I don't have to. I'll probably be one of the earlier birds there and just hang out and talk to everyone till around 2. I have no intention of detailing my car there, but hope to pick up some pointers and some products. Can't wait to meet the members I met last year, and to meet some new faces. :beer

No problem. I was just trying to get a feel for the number of attendees. Glad to hear you'll have the weekend off. :)

BTW - It looks like we currently have about an even split between first timers and repeat attendees from last year's event.
 
My girlfriend Liz will be coming with me for both days.

I also might have some special guests coming in via airplane :D.
 
awd330, just to keep your list up to date, I'll be up for both days. My car was just fully detailed but I'm looking to see what I can learn on rotary work and of course to re-stock on some SW and SG (gallons) :)

Steve, if possible, can you bring a gallon of each for me! Thanks

It's probably a good idea to give Steve a heads up for the larger sized containers (gallons and 5 gallons) just to make sure he has enough on hand.

I'll be sitting in a spot next to the Dri-Wash Guy. Last year, he bragged how his stuff was paintab;e and asked if any of my items were. I asked him "What hack body shop would paint over any type of wax?" He walked away at tha point. :)

This is a nice car show and swap meet. We are right on path from the show to the swap, so we get a lot of traffic. Plus, they have a killer chicken barbeque. :hungry

my first thought you be in a bed but if you like the floor that would be cool also... maybe even a tent...


Really I wouldn't mind tenting it some where because you could party for a while and do the cook out thing and ..stuff like that.. Anyone else up for that???? or what hotel are we looking at??

Hell yes....

And some one just pick a hotel and let's get some rooms... Not really and campgrounds around..well have to pick a room and drink in that...
