Hi Guys,
I call this the "Poor Man's Garage" since it only cost roughly $600 to do. This 3-car garage was already sheetrocked and sanded, so I added the following:
~Titanium Silver paint to the walls, ceiling
~Indoor/outdoor heavy duty carpeting to two stalls, and grey cement floor paint to the 3rd stall (This is where the lawn tractor sits)
~Florescent replacements for the incadescent bulbs (4 total)
~Car Matts that absorb water or oil (poly-plastic backing, no skid)
~Fire Extinguisher, wall mounted.
~Smoke Alarm
~2 heater/fans from Home Depot to keep the temperture comfortable in the winter (we have mild winters, mid 40's in Seattle)
We also use it for my wifes "Hen parties", shes a "Stamping up!" Demonstrator. Makes a nice play room for those rainy days for the kids too.
Enjoy!
