drew.haynes said:Well, the cars look great! I've been thinking of trying out some of that CG citrus wash soon.

Nice lookin' vette's there.

bert31 said:Great work guys. A few questions:
I noticed on one Vette, it was wash with CG CW&G and the other two with ONR. What was it about the one Vette that made you want to use CW&G on it? Extra cleaning power?
Also, Menz IP was used on one Vette and SIP on another. What was the theory in using different polishes?
Similar to above, why was Concorso used on one and Vintage on the other two?
How long does Concorso and Vintage last? If not very long, are these cars you care for with some regularity and can touch up the waxes?
Do you like P21S Paintwork Cleanser better than Swissvax's and Zymol's own paint cleaners? Does P21S work well with pretty much all Carnaubas?
Thanks for all your help.
Picus said:Good questions, here are the answers.
5) Yes and yes. Easier to use, similar effect, cheaper. I've been using P21S GEPC for a long time and prefer it to most of the other prewaxes I've used. Cleaner Fluid is ok, Blackfires new one is ok, HD cleanse is blah...imo of course.

Hulk, I apply GEPC with a red pad on a PC at speed five. Work it until it's just about dry, then remove the residue with an MF.
Picus was the one that turned me on (*that* didn't sound right...) to GEPC. It really is good stuff.

Eisenhulk said:Question for you, Picus. How exactly are you using the GEPC? I have a bottle that I have yet to use, and I'm a little unsure of the application process. Are you simply working with a white or black/grey pad? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
