AIR WAND
I was at the Mobile Tech Expo in Orlando this weekend sitting in on one of Bud Abraham's detailing seminars and one of the products he briefly displayed was the Air Wand. I've tried a plain leaf blower a few times but never got satisfactory results, seems to mostly move the water or break up large water drops into smaller ones, but the Air Wand concentrates the air flow from a high velocity blower and looks like it would work much more efficiently.
I respect Bud Abraham but I also recognize that he works for Detail Plus and the display is geared to promote sales (by the way, they charge $25 more than TheAirWand.com for the same product).
I would like to see some real user reviews before I shell out $100 on another drying panacea. Has anyone here used the Air Wand? What are your thoughts (pros, cons, etc.)?
