Due to my recent poor experience with QEW I’ve brainstormed a new “hose-less washing technique. I feel more comfortable and with more water and since I don’t have a hose and I don’t like constantly polishing to repair the damage from my lack of abilty to work QEW properly I cam up with something I think may work. I’d appreciate your opinions on this procedure...
I figure I can mix up some QEW in a spray bottle and pre-treat the dirty areas of the car then, using a pressurized garden sprayer do my initial rinse. Wash as usual (2 bucket), rinse with the sprayer. Dry as usual.
Basically it’s a normal wash just using a sprayer instead of a hose. Hopefully w/ the 2 buckets, the QEW, and 2 wash mitts this should be enough. I’m a bit worried about the pressure from the garden sprayer being enough. I know many folks on here use them for different applications and I was hoping for some input on this matter.
In addition I also have EO Bucket free car wash. Would this be an effective pre-treat? I’ve used it before as a bucket free wash and it works well. Plus it’s cheap and smells delicious.
