I'd definitely take it back and demand they pay for the repairs (by a reputable detailer, not by someone who would try to hide them with glazes). If they give any hassle, munch your way up the food chain. I'd start with the Ford District Manager, and go up from there. I'd also let it be known to everyone you talk to that if the problem isn't corrected to your satisfaction, that various press agencies would know about it. Remind them how that will cut in to their bottom line. Contacting the BBB in your area could help if there have been other complaints, but don't hold your breath on that one.
Another thought would be to put a big sign on it with where you purchased it from. Something simple like "I bought this NEW at Joe's Ford". Then park it on private property (with owner's permission) right in front of the dealership. See how long it takes for them to make an offer.... Just make sure the sign doesn't have anything libilous on it (like "Joe's Ford are a bunch of swirl inducing idiots"). Saying where you bought something is not against the law.
Oh, and when they do offer to fix it, I'd make sure something was included for your troubles, like an extended warranty.
