Guys and ladies, Vintaaaaghhe and the other zymols are rare animals. I would advise against caking too many layers at one time. The best relationship with the color will happen with just one or two layers of the zymol. You will need to let the wax cure at least a day b4 applying anymore. I will tell you from experience, that zymol reacts best when it gets a little old (at least one week and up to 4 or more depending on how dry you can get the car to remain). When you S_L_O_W_L_Y accumulate 3-6 (six is my magic number) layers of any EGZ and of course Vintaaaaghe, you will have more depth of shine and reflectivity than you will know what to do with. You want to avoid any signs of hazing or greasinesss. A well developed zymol should shimmer like still water, and any sign of haze or grease (from hasty build-ups of wax layers) is not an acceptable alternative IMO. It should be deeeeep, cleeeeeen, and cleeeeeeaaaar.
If you allow yourself patience and distance between the wax cakes, you will find that you can go well beyond the recommended dosage (zymol says up to 5 b4 re-cleaning). You will need to occasionally service the paint with a wax friendly washing and a carnauba based but very mild QD that cleans as well as enhances.
Edit: Missed the yellow Charger pics. Very nice start!!! The wax somehow gets consumed, so don't worry about using too much. Apply Vintage exactly like they recommend....via the hand.
