I used to use Endurance, but at some point I tried the high-gloss version of it, hated it, and just sort of stopped using any of it. I started using #40 and really liked it but didn't like using it up. Then I tried Gold Class Rubber and Vinyl Protectant (to use it up because I totally hated it on interiors, which is why I bought #40 in the first place), and I really hate that stuff. It looked nice on tires, but it's real greasy and the applicators would start to build up this silicone grime that would ooze out all over my hands. It ruined tire apps quite quickly. Anyway, I think it sort of stuck in my mind that Endurance did this too (the high-gloss sure did) and so the regular Endurance just sat on the shelf. When contemplating using #40 again, I decided to try out Poorboy's Natural Look since I have more of it. Well, it looks awesome and I've been using it for a bit now.
For some reason or other, though, I started noticing the regular Endurance bottle sitting there in the garage (I gave away the high-gloss one) and started thinking about why I stopped using it. Really, I guess I couldn't think of a good reason so I tried it out again. One thing I noticed was that it's really hard to spread it around. You either have to use a ton, or else it stickies up and is very hard to get complete coverage. So I started thinking... What would I do if a sealant were hard to spread? Well, I'd spray the app with something to help it out. So I sprayed the app with just a little #40 and then put the Endurance on it as usual. Man what a difference. It spread much more easily and the tires look great! They have the same satin shine appearance that the Poorboy's had, but it seems to be holding up a lot better. Plus, Endurance is supposed to be better on tires since it has a lot of antiozonants in it. So far I'm pretty pleased and may buy another bottle. :xyxthumbs
