Lowes carries the PC 7336 which is really the same thing as the 7424.

Lowes is discontinuing it..............Some are offering it at 10% off, or even better.





As of December 04 2006, does any of you know if this stilling going on at lowes? has anyone get a chance to check this out?
 
go pick one up! it's the same unit as the 7424/7335, only difference is counterweight which isn't a problem...
 
my buddy works there and it was nonstock so i got an awsome deal on it so they probably wont sell it forever no telling when they will be gone maybe a new model is comeing out??

i don't think a new model is coming out, they discontinued selling it as it probably didn't sell as well as their other power tools...:nixweiss
 
i just got my p/c in the mail today from kleencar.com i git a great deal. i got the p/c 2 yellow pads 2 green pads 2 blue pads a clay bar optomum polish and compound and 2 microfiber towels and wax and backing plate all that for 239.00 cheap!!!!!!!!:shocked :shocked

I paid $109 for mine at Lowes, but I needed it then and that was the best deal at the time, plus the store was only a mile from home. I've know of them having sales occasionally for $89-99, but I've heard of folks getting them for as low as $69, lucky dogs.

This is the price they are selling them for at the Lowe's near me. I saw last week they still have some.
 
I can't believe that they weren't selling. I had to go to 4 Lowes to find mine. The salesguy said that as soon as they get them, they're gone. Too bad. I have one now but you never know when I might need to get another one. Especially when my wife swipes it to sand furniture!!! :bawling:



I guess I'll have to move up to a rotary next.

I just got back from Lowes and they don't have it. Does anyone have the Item numbers or part number for it? Lowes employee look up the model number as "PC 7336" and they couldnt find it. is this the model number? the guy that helped me act like he have no clue what it was. i have never seen it myself so i have no idea what i was looking for. could someone please post a photo of it? i will stop at another Lowes on my way home from work and see if they have it. thanks guys. scott

Here's the Lowes item and part numbers. Their website shows that it's not available in the 10 stores I checked, yet when I called the store directly they stated they have several in stock.

i saw it! but i didnt know that wa sit. it was $69.00 i picked it up and it's kinda heavey. yep, i picked it up even though i didnt know that was what i was looking for. i'll go back to the same Lowes tomorrow. i picked it up and i thought that it cant be cuz it's kinda heavy. $69.00 with the yellow tag on it. what about the pad? lowes carry the pads too?
 
so should i get it? i cant find lower price then that right? i can order "How To Use the 7424 Video DVD" by itself right? or the video only comes when i buy the PC?

That's a great price, grab it. Lowes doesn't carry the pads or backplate you'll need, but you can order them elsewhere like I did. The white foam pad that comes with it is fairly worthless.
