My car turned ten years old yesterday and decided to detail it as a gift. After ten years of faithful service and 80,000 miles of reliable service, i decided to apply the knowledge i gained from this wonderful forum to properly clean the car.
I have learned a wealth of information from this site, but one thing i learned is that we can not expect a miracle from any product. PAtience, elbow grease and proper technique is 90% the key to produce good results (IMO). No matter how good the product is, it wont give you the Autopian shine if not used properly.
In this case, i used Meguiar's No. 9, followed by No.7, then topped by Gold class. I am still waiting for my pinnacle detail kit.
Thanks for listening
