Goo Gone removes almost anything. The problem is removing the Goo Gone once the stain is gone.

IME, the only thing harder to remove than ReLoad is a Porsche that got itself stuck in the snow.

I was going to say go with a strong citrus cleaner like Goo Gone. Your next order get a can of Stoner`s Xenit citrus cleaner works on tar (interior/exterior) and I would think it would work on lipstick too. Very good cleaner to have around the house/car. It`s like goo gone in an aerosol.
