How do I get a HEAVY lipstick stain out of carpet?

Items on hand

Little green machine (heated)
Folex
APC
Bissel carpet shampoo
Bissel carpet stain remover spray

Thanks

It's actually on bedroom floor :D

GF's kids got some on shoe and then ground it into carpet

I wish I had a better story to tell

Ronny,

Take a Kraft paper bag, and Iron.

Place bag over lip stick, heat bag as hot as possible (without satartng a fire) Very wam is good not HOT.

the heat should cause the wax to wick into the bag.

May have to repeat with clean kraft bag several times to get it all.

Good Luck, let me know how it works.

After you get most of it if there is any residual, it will be the oil left behind with pigment. Try Alcohol for this ( IPA straight) blot it bc the alcohol is a solvent and can cause it to spread.

OK, the internet says to use cleaners that are good for grease because lipstick contains grease. It said to use any of the following: Goo-Gone, Dawn, powdered laundry soap (mixed into a paste w water), or waterless hand soap. What about brake cleaner if the before mentioned fails.

Read that too. But figured I would get better answers here, as well as Jeff :D

I've used boiling water with a good APC like the Folex you have..let the soak the area then use your extractor to lift, step and repeat until cleaned up. I did the same with crayon

Orange Goop Hand Cleaner removes grease, ink, paint, lipstick, etc.

I've removed grease from an oatmeal carpet and left no evidence.

Work the goop into the carpet loops with fingers. Massage it like it's your friend. Using a warm, white damp cloth, lift the carpet
pile until most of stain is gone. Using water in spray bottle, wet the affected area and extract remaining goop and stain with vacuum.
