I haven't used 876, so I can't comment on the appearance between the two. I will say that 845 held up very well. I applied some to a white Expidition around the same time as the cars in this thread (October) and I didn't rewax it until yesterday, nearly 6 months later. Still beading but surface slickness was way down although towels didn't drag over it.
Scottwax said:If I remember right, 845 is a carnauba based product and I applied it over a 4 month old application of AIO/FMJ that was still beading decently. Then for the next nearly 6 months, I washed it weekly using a hose and car wash soap (these customers prefer a conventional hose wash to ONR or QEW).
Looks like a carnauba, lasts like a sealant. Only real problem is it attracts dust until you wash it the first time after applying it.
