Lake Country CCS pads from Autogeek?

Was anyone lucky enough to get there order in? I just recieved a email from AG that they are sold out and will be shipping the pads on Jan 17th.

they sent me some regular pads for free which is cool but i am still dissapointed.

Ater reading your post, I checked my email. Same response. Looks like lots of people want to try out this new pad :)

DieselMDX, what pads do you think they're gonna give us? Also, how many pads are they going to give us? If the foam pads are usable, I'll definitely be very satisfied with Autogeek's service. They are most likely paying for these foams pads out of their own wallet :)

I emailed Jason (General Manager) at Autogeek to ask him what type of pads exactly we would be getting. I ordered one orange, one white, and one gray pad. I'm wondering whether I'll be getting one DA foam pad replacement for each CCS pad that I ordered. I'll post back when he replies.

I don't mind not having the CCS pads. I'm not polishing anytime soon, and I'm definitely glad to get two pads for the price of one. I'm not complaining :)

good price on the CCS pads. I picked up a couple green ones from properautocare..I wouldn't mind getting more from autogeek, but you can't order items on backorder..through the web at least

I ordered 10 pads total. If they are sending the standard LC DA pads and then the CCS ones later I will be a happy camper and they will be sure to get future business from me. I like the way they seem to run things, the same way I do, the customer is always right!!!

I received the same notice that the CCS pads were out of stock. That's pretty sweet of them to send replacements for the time being at no extra charge. They're definitely going above and beyond. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

I believe it was Jason S. that also contacted me via PM on here about the AutoGeek delay thread, so I'll have to respond to him about the rest of my order too. It's weird how they responded pretty quickly to this item being out of stock, but I never received any notice about the rest of my order, where apparently the ONR (gallon) was holding up shipment. I guess it's a hit or miss.

I got an email that the green CCS pads are backordered and that when they're in that they will be sent free of charge. No mention of a replacement being sent in the meantime.

same day but i think they dropped the ball on my order cause they didnt ship any of the other products either.

Same thing happened to me. I just replied to Jason from Autogeek's PM on here tonight so I'll have to wait and see what's going on. I've yet to receive any notification that a single item has shipped.

i posted this on another thread, but heck - ill do it here . .

im in the same boat as all you guys. ordered 12/31 - got an email 1/2. called megan. hey gang - if they sell out, and did not estimate how fast these things would go . . . and lake country is out of stock. . who is to blame . . .? in fact - why blame anyone at all. obviously they work, very well, and are in high demand. sure - proper autocare has them - but they didnt have a 20% off sale . . . . im not schilling for any of you haters out there (if any at all)- it's called being a smart shopper. proper autocare has some super sales too, and when they do im there. ( i cant help it, im cheap) and the mere fact that their sending out regular pads (still about 7-9 bucks each) for free at no charge to us in the mean time is a tremendous leap of customer service. No other online company would go that far out of their pocket and way (at least that i have dealt with) to make up for an inconvience. the way i see it im comming out on top, they once again have my continued buisness and now iv got twice the pads for the price . . . can use them on real bad finishes and jobs. i ordered some optimum one time and they sent me the old formula. not only did they overnight me the new forumla, they let me keep the first bottle they sent me. thats why i shop there. lake country is telling autogeek arounf the 17th of jan. in the mean time i now have 10 new regular lake country pads for free. :werd:
