JT International rocks...

Just received my order from Tom this week.

Bought some of the MicroTouch, Ultrafine and a Waffleweave. As everyone else has said excellent service, and can't wait to give them a shot this weekend.

I received my towels yesterday and they are great. I ordered 16 "Micro-touch" 16x16 towels in different colors and one waffleweave. His service is excellent. I can't wait to try them.

Oh, by the way, how do you remove the tags on the towels? I don't want to destroy my towels doing it improperly.

Hi tkr128

I would recommend using a exacto knife or a small long pointed scissor. Try to get as close as possible then try to wiggle the remaining piece of tag out.

I hope that helps.

Thanks Pakshak! I was just wondering, do the towels you sell have the tags on them too? I wanna give them a try.

Hi tkr128,

No problem, anytime. The Micropak towels do not have tags on them, however, with a little effort you should be able to get the tags off on the JT International micro fiber towels. I have read alot of good reviews from fellow Autopians that their micro fiber towels they got from JT International is of good quality so the little extra work in getting the tags off should be worthwhile.

They could start putting the tags as an easy-to-remove sticker and not a sewn in tag, anyone suggest that to him?

After reading several posts on JT International, I ordered my towels from Tom last Thursday. Got them yesterday (Monday)--great service! For $30 I got five Microtouch, five Ultrafine and one 16x24" waffle weave (shipping included). They are top quality towels and it only took me a couple of minutes to remove the labels with an Exacto knife. Even though the heat index was 107, I rushed out to wash the car. The towels worked great and I just can't say enough about them. Tom was nice enough to give me a call after sending him my first email inquiry about the towels and he was more than helpful. Now I just have to keep them out of the hands of my wife. Maybe she will get an early Christmas present from JT International. :bounce

I got a big a$$ waffle weave and some 16X16's. These are my first MF's and I love them. buffing out polish and wax has never been easier. A couple of the 16X16's frayed a little bit, but it's no biggy, especially for $2 a piece! Maybe we should stop saying that or else Tom is going to raise his prices!:( I'm probably going to order a lot more before he does. On the tags, I just ripped them off at an angle really fast and didn't damage the stitching at all. If they have to have the tags, couldn't they at least put them on the none plush side? Anyway, big thumbs up to JT International!!:xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

How are the different colors on the 16x16 Microtouch MFs? Any difference in plushness? I'm asking because on Neatitems, you can tell that the mint greens are usually more plush than the other colors they sell.

I've got the mint green and the light blue ones. The difference is minimal, but if I had to choose a plusher on, it would be the mint greens.

The mint-green ones are a little plusher with the towels from JT as well. This becomes more noticeable after the first wash, but like Stbl said, it's a small difference.

The 15x15" towels are the "Ultrafine" that Tom sells. They are a little thicker and more plush that the 16x16 "Micro-touch." The colors really have nothing to do with the thickness--it's the style. Both are great towels and Tom offers great service. There is some debate over the tags--I simply used an Exacto blade and cut close to the stiching--no problems.:xyxthumbs

Well, i finally have the pleasure and honor of commenting on the MF towels made by JT International. I finally received my package from Tom yesterday containing: 6 of the "Micro-Touch" 2 "Ultra Fine" and 1 "Waffleweave"

The quality on the towels is very good, and can easily be compared to CMA's Micracle Towel. Once i have tried the towels for removing sealant or wax, I will post a follow up review on how well they work.

I recommend these towels to everyone.. EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY service.. and excellent quality!

:up :up keep up the good work Tom.

Just a quick note on Tom's customer service. I recently purchased towels from Tom, including some of his lime green ones. After the first wash they all started to fray and come apart. I sent Tom an e-mail, and he offered to replaced them no charge. In just a few days I received my new ones.

:up :up To Tom's great customer service.

I ordered towels from JT International on Thursday afternoon and they arrived on Monday! I carefully removed the tags with a single edged razor blade and was able to use tweezers to get the remaining tag residue under the stitching on most of them.

I can't wait to use them!

BTW, should you run these thru a wash before you use them the first time?

I got one of the 28'' x 54'' waffle weaves about a month ago, the towel is great! Works great for drying the car. Quality is outstanding and I got the order in 3 days!!!

I received my order of 10 16x16 MF's on Wednesday that I had placed on Sunday. I have yet to try them but they seem fairly plush although not as plush as yosteves but for the price difference and IF they dont lint they will be an awesome addition to my detailing lineup.

Very fast service and he seems to appreciate the business he receives from us detailers.

I've had my MF towels for over a month now and they have been hand washed about 8 times with oxyclean/tide combo. They are still plush and lint free.

HOWEVER, One complaint with the towels is that the color BLEEDS, especially the dark ones like the MAROON and dark green. I suggest separating them from your white towels, applicators and light colored towels when washing it for the first 3-5 times.

Overall the JT towels are still the best bang fot the buck...
