That's darn right! :woot: I wasted sooo much time once trying to figure out who made what :hairpull and I finally came to the conclusion that I need to spend more time detailing! LOL
 
After reading the whole 9 pages I still have questions..lol



1. Is AJT and AJ the same thing just one is in spray form?



2. For a polish is Prime strong as good as say 106FF of blackfire SCR?



3. Seems like this product is real good in the durability department along with a nice wet shine...
 
Prime strong is in my eyes, not really the same as the polishes....More of an AIO type product...A very good AIO. As far as the JW line. Durability is top notch, and the shine is fantastic. Plus the ease of use is 2nd to none.
 
So if I wnated a good polish, I should go with the 106 or others, followed with the Prime and then the AJ or AJT correct?



Or can i skip the prime if I go with a polish as mentioned above and right to the AJ
 
^Prime and AJ is a really good combo. IMO, they should be used together to get the best results.. And as far as JW products go, I would suggest getting the Prime-Strong and AJ-Trigger.
 
But is Prime strong a good enough polisher to remove swirls and light scratches? say against the others out there?
 
I've used Prime Strong and find it to be more of a chemical cleaner, along the lines of Klasse AIO only stronger.

It won't remove defects to the extent that a dedicated polish can. Same deal with Klasse AIO or Zaino AIO, they aren't meant to remove anything beyond very light defects but more to chemically clean the paint to allow their respective sealant to bond better.

Oh yea, one more ?



After I use a dedcated polish (106FF) can I go righ to the AJ or AJT or should I go over the car with the Prime strong for a chemical clean before I lay down the final product? Can I follow up the AJ with the OPTI-SEAL? Reason I ask is because I do have some opti-seal on the way to the house as well.



Im asssuming I can use Opti-seal over top anything for my LSP....correct?
 
It's not essential but it damn sure helps with the durability and prime adds more wetness and clarity of shine as well.
 
106FF > Prime Strong > AJ/AJT. I haven't used Opti-Seal yet but it probably offers the same protection as AJT but in a WOWA format. Not sure if it is as durable thought. The AJT is so easy to use I just continue to apply another layer of it every 3-4 weeks.
 
is there any benifit of using both AJ then follow with AJT or the other way around? Or does either product cover it well enough and no benifit going over each other.



which one do I go with AJ/AJT? Is this a toss up--
 
Ok newbie here, this JW product has caught my interest with its ease of use, performance, and affordability.



My car is 2 months old and Ivory Pearl in color (metallic).



I've read all 10 pages of this thread, and have gathered the steps and materials needed, but can someone clear up how the Prime Strong and AJT are applied. By that, I mean how do you work the product in? Small circular motion or back and forth (front to back) motion?
